- 3 Eggs
- 50 grams Shredded Cheese
- 1 Spring Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Red Pepper Diced
- 1/2 Small Onion, Diced
- Salt & Pepper
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
- Grease your waffle iron with a little bit of butter and pour in the egg mixture, Cook for 60s or until the egg is cooked to the touch.
- Gently remove from the waffle iron and serve.
