• 3 Eggs
  • 50 grams Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Spring Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 Red Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Small Onion, Diced
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
  2. Grease your waffle iron with a little bit of butter and pour in the egg mixture, Cook for 60s or until the egg is cooked to the touch.
  3. Gently remove from the waffle iron and serve.
