• 4 bananas
  • 40g chocolate spread
  • 4 shortcrust pastry sheets
  • 40g crushed almonds
  • 1 beaten egg


  1. Spread the pastry sheets with chocolate spread and place a whole banana on top.
  2. Use a knife to cut slits in the pastry and wrap the pastry around the banana in a lattice style.
  3. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle each banana with crushed almonds.
  4. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
