- 4 bananas
- 40g chocolate spread
- 4 shortcrust pastry sheets
- 40g crushed almonds
- 1 beaten egg
- Spread the pastry sheets with chocolate spread and place a whole banana on top.
- Use a knife to cut slits in the pastry and wrap the pastry around the banana in a lattice style.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle each banana with crushed almonds.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
