When it comes to the big game the most important thing is SNACKS. Here's a fun way to combine all your favourite snacks for your football party!

Supplies

  • Tuna and cheese rolls
  • 3 tuna tins
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 7 tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika

Steps

  1. Finely chop the green onions.
  2. Mix the tuna, cream cheese, cheese, pepper and spring onion in a bowl. Spread the mix onto the tortillas, roll up and chill for an hour.
  3. Slice into small pieces and place on skewers to serve.

Supplies

  • 250g flour
  • 1 cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar (grated)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 40g butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Steps

  1. Combine the cheeses and dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the milk in gradually until it forms a smooth dough.
  2. Form the dough into balls and arrange in a greased tray, brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 200C for 10 minutes.

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 cup cheddar (grated)
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

Steps

  1. Stretch the puff pastry dough in a circle and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and place the prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  2. Cut into strips and twist the ends. Arrange in an oiled tray, brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes.

  • 10 sausages
  • Pastry dough (divided into 20 rounds)
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Steps

  1. Brush each pastry dough round with mustard.
  2. Wrap each sausage in a piece of the pastry dough.
  3. Brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 180Cfor 15 minutes.

  • 1 kg bread loaf
  • 400g salami
  • 400g cheddar (sliced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 400g cheddar (sliced)
  • 400g rocket
  • 3 tomatoes

Steps

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread and spread each slice with a layer of mayonnaise.
  2. Create one variation of sandwich with the cheese and salami and the other with cheese, rocket and tomato.
  3. Cut into smaller sandwiches to serve.

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

  1. Combine all the ingredients to form a cream-like consistency.
  2. Use a piping bag to detail the guacamole ‘football pitch’.

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Peel and mash the avocados until they form a paste.
  2. Deseed and cube the tomatoes and chop the red onion.
  3. Combine the avocado, tomato, onion, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper in a bowl.
