Preheat the oven to 160c fan. Line the bottom of a 9’’ springform pan with greaseproof paper and grease the sides with a little vegetable oil.
Make the cake: place all the cake ingredients in a bowl and mix together to combine. Pour into the prepared cake tin and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Once cooled, transfer it to a serving plate. To make the icing mix the icing sugar into the remaining yoghurt. Sprinkle with the granola and serve with berries.
