- 1 Italian bread
- 1 brie wheel
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Cut the top of the bread, set aside, remove some of the bread and place the brie in the loaf.
- Remove the peel from the top of the cheese and sprinkle with the rosemary.
- Cover with reserved slice of bread and bring to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with toast.
