• 1 Italian bread
  • 1 brie wheel
  • 1 tsp rosemary


  1. Cut the top of the bread, set aside, remove some of the bread and place the brie in the loaf.
  2. Remove the peel from the top of the cheese and sprinkle with the rosemary.
  3. Cover with reserved slice of bread and bring to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with toast.
