- Make cookie dough
- Place unsalted butter at room temperature to soften, add granulated sugar to it and stir until it becomes whitish.
- Add the prepared eggs little by little and mix well each time, add the flours and mix thoroughly with the gumbera.
- Put them together and let them lie in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Steps
- To make cookie dough, mix softened butter and granulated sugar and stir until it fluffy.
- Add the eggs little one at a time and mix well each time. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Roll out cookie dough with a rolling pin and separate into 3.
- To make the brown dough: add cocoa powder
- To make the black dough: add cocoa powder and black food colouring
- Decorate plain dough with brown and black dough to create animal prints.
- Flatten designs with a rolling pin.
- Bake at 180C for 12 minutes.
