- 10 frozen Kiwis
- 100 grams CoYo
- 1 Lime
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
- Peel the kiwis and roughly chop into pieces, freeze for around 1-2 hours.
- Add the CoYo, frozen kiwi pieces, honey (or agave nectar), and squeeze the lime juice into a food processor.
- Process for a few minutes until creamy.
- Transfer to a freezable container and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight, mixing every hour or so to stop it solidifying.
