- 6 banana peels
- Vanilla boxed cake mix, prepared according to package instructions
Steps
- Add banana peels to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add to a bowl of prepared vanilla cake batter.
- Pour into a 22cm round cake tin.
- Bake for about 45 minutes
