• Zest of 2 oranges
  • Pulp from 8 oranges
  • Sugar, to taste


  1. Add the orange peel/zest, orange pulp and sugar to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer over a low heat.
  3. Stir constantly, until a thick paste has formed.
  4. Remove from heat and pour into some jam jars.
