- Zest of 2 oranges
- Pulp from 8 oranges
- Sugar, to taste
Steps
- Add the orange peel/zest, orange pulp and sugar to a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer over a low heat.
- Stir constantly, until a thick paste has formed.
- Remove from heat and pour into some jam jars.
