- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 filet mignon
- Black pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper. (Tip: Season the meat at the time of preparation so the meat does not lose the juice.)
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil and sear the meat for 2 minutes each side, cover when turning the meat. Set to one side.
- In the same frying pan, caramelise the onions, add the cream and the rosemary. Allow to thicken, pour the sauce on the meat and serve with chips.
