• 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 filet mignon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 sprig of thyme


  1. Season the meat with salt and black pepper. (Tip: Prepare the meat at room temperature.)
  2. Heat a frying pan well, water with olive oil and sear the meat for 2 minutes each side. Set to one side.
  3. In the same frying pan, add the butter, garlic and thyme. Leave the garlic to brown, pour the sauce on the meat and serve with chips.
