- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 filet mignon
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper. (Tip: Prepare the meat at room temperature.)
- Heat a frying pan well, water with olive oil and sear the meat for 2 minutes each side. Set to one side.
- In the same frying pan, add the butter, garlic and thyme. Leave the garlic to brown, pour the sauce on the meat and serve with chips.
