Ingredients

  • 125 grams hazelnuts
  • 7 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1.2 liters water
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • Nut milk bag

Steps

  1. Soak hazelnuts for at least 5 hours or overnight. Drain.
  2. Blend nuts with dates, raw cacao powder, coconut oil vanilla essence and water.
  3. Strain through a nut milk bag or a fine sieve.
